He didn’t give me more to do — he showed me what wasn’t working. Once that was clear, the solution made sense and things started moving.
FLOW
Revenue Flow Review
Commercial momentum
Visibility before action
I had a solid business, but no visibility into what was actually happening. The biggest shift was finally understanding where things were breaking down.

Opportunity Review
Marketing assumption
Opportunity handling
What stood out was how quickly he identified the real issue. It wasn’t a marketing problem — it was how opportunities were being handled.
REVIEW

I’ve worked with other advisors before, but this was different. Instead of adding more tools, he simplified everything and made it actually work.

Meet John Pitlick
Co-Founder and President/CMO of ELAVIX
John Pitlick helps business owners understand how opportunity actually moves through their organizations.
Across decades of entrepreneurial, coaching, mentoring, and consulting experience, John developed the ability to identify patterns that are easy to miss when a business is operating reactively — where conversations lose momentum, follow-up becomes inconsistent, responsibility becomes unclear, and revenue quietly disappears.
As Co-Founder and President/CMO of ELAVIX, John helps organizations replace assumption with verified commercial understanding.
He begins with the business people are actually operating, not the business they believe they are operating. From there, ELAVIX can architect the processes, systems, accountability, and AI-supported execution required to improve visibility and commercial control.
Technology is not the starting point. Understanding is.
Why a Guided Assessment Creates Better Commercial Conversations
A normal contact form captures identity.
A guided assessment captures context.
The Business Reality Assessment is designed to help you examine what happens after someone becomes interested in your business.
It looks at the visibility, follow-up, structure, decision-making, and accountability surrounding your opportunities.
Your responses provide more than a score. They create the intelligence required to identify patterns, clarify the strongest constraint, and recommend a more relevant next step.
That means the next conversation — when one is appropriate — can begin with understanding rather than generic discovery.

Common Questions
Common Questions About the Business Reality Assessment
This assessment is designed for established owners and operators who already have opportunity in motion and want clearer visibility into how those opportunities move, where momentum breaks, and what should happen next.
Who is the Business Reality Assessment for?
It is designed for established business owners and operators who already generate leads, referrals, inquiries, conversations, or proposals but do not have complete visibility into how those opportunities move or why revenue remains inconsistent.
What will the assessment help me understand?
It will help you examine opportunity capture, pipeline visibility, follow-up, customer-journey progression, accountability, system alignment, and commercial control. Your responses are used to identify patterns and clarify the area that may deserve the most attention.
How long does the assessment take?
Most participants can complete it in approximately five minutes.
What happens after I complete it?
Your responses are scored and categorized. They are then interpreted to produce a personalized Business Reality summary, including strengths, visible constraints, and a recommended next step.
Will I receive a sales call?
The assessment is designed to create understanding before a conversation. When your responses indicate that a Business Reality Strategy Session may be appropriate, you may be invited to schedule one. Participation does not require you to book a session.
How is this different from a normal contact form?
A contact form collects basic information. The Business Reality Assessment collects context about how opportunities are captured, managed, advanced, and understood so the resulting guidance can be more relevant.
Is this an AI or automation assessment?
No. The assessment begins with how your business actually operates. AI may support interpretation and execution, but technology is not treated as the starting point or the primary solution.
What is a Business Reality Strategy Session?
It is a focused conversation used to review the strongest assessment patterns, validate what may be happening inside the business, and determine whether a deeper commercial analysis or ELAVIX engagement is appropriate.
